Research Projects
Our work spans intervention design, communication analysis, and community engagement to solve complex health challenges.

Intervention Design
The Goodie Box Project
A culturally tailored HPV self-sampling kit designed to increase screening rates among underserved women. This project involves the design, packaging, and distribution of self-sampling kits that are approachable and remove stigma.

Communication Research
Dialogue & Health Outcomes
Analyzing how patient-provider communication styles impact health literacy and adherence. This study uses mixed methods to evaluate dialogue patterns in clinical settings.

Education & Outreach
STEM in the Community
Bringing science education directly to community spaces to foster early interest and understanding. We partner with local schools and community centers to deliver hands-on science workshops.

Technology
Digital Health Equity
Investigating the digital divide and its impact on access to health information. This project aims to develop mobile-first health resources for populations with limited broadband access.
